Enjoy balmy tropical nights of late spring and summer and nippy autumn and winter evenings in the historic district of downtown New Iberia. Your doors open onto lush gardens filled with ginger shaded tropical plants, hanging baskets on the galleries and beautiful hibiscus plants drawing hummingbirds and butterflies, even into the winter months.

The Guest Cottage is located just beyond the lush courtyard, which is located directly behind the main house. The adorable two story cottage houses six beautifully decorated rooms, each with it’s own unique color scheme, decorations, and antiques. On the top floor you will find 3 rooms, two of those share a balcony area (great if traveling with friends) and one room has it’s own private balcony, all patios are furnished with tables and chairs. The ground level of the cottage mirrors the top level. All six rooms face the beautiful lush botanical courtyard. Sit out on your patio/balcony area in the morning while sipping coffee or in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine.

Each private and secluded guest room is located inside the Guest Cottage. The rooms are dressed in their own unique decor. From soothing white, to bold red, or relaxing green, you’ll enjoy any room you choose at Le Rosier Country Inn. Two of the six rooms feature a tub with Jacuzzi jets for a relaxing soak after a day strolling around Cajun Country. All room’s feature, beautiful decorations, antiques, wonderful amenities and plush king size beds draped in luxurious 600 thread count sheets with feather down comforters. Bathrooms have: big fluffy towels, premium toiletries, hairdryers, and cozy robes for you and your guest. Other features of the rooms are: television, coffee pot, iron, and a small fridge containing water, juice and a variety of sodas. ALL of this is included in your room rate, plus breakfast.

Stroll out onto your balcony or patio area,and enjoy the beautiful courtyard as you dine at a leisurely pace. Le Rosier provides for it's guest a convenient in-room continental breakfast. Unlike a typical B & B, we do not serve breakfast at a certain time. You can wake up, roll out of bed and enjoy breakfast at anytime; it’s at your convenience. Breakfast is placed in your room the evening of your arrival. You can pick from a delicious Danish or bowl of cereal, then grab yourself a cup of coffee brewed right in your room. If you'd like to enjoy breakfast with the local’s, we’ll give you a breakfast voucher for two to Victor’s Cafe. Victor’s is the favorite dining spot of famed writer James Lee Burke, and was featured in the movie "In the Electric Mist". *Please inform us when making reservations that you’d like to dine at Victor’s for breakfast. *Upon your request, we'll stock breakfast according to your diet restrictions. *Breakfast is included in room rates.
